Terms of Use

PreviewDXF("the app") is an application for macOS published by xfanta and distributed through the App Store. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your license to use the app.

License

PreviewDXF is licensed, not sold. You get a personal, non-exclusive license to install and use the app on the Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms and the Apple EULA. The app and its source code are proprietary; you may not decompile, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the app except as allowed by applicable law or the EULA.

Your documents

You retain all rights to the drawings you open, print and export with PreviewDXF. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use those files. Exported PDF, PNG and SVG files are yours to use as you see fit.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Drawings are rendered by PreviewDXF's own reader and may differ from the CAD program that wrote them. Check measurements, prints at 1:1 and exported files against the original before relying on them for manufacturing or construction.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, xfanta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from the use of or inability to use the app.

Third-party components

PreviewDXF bundles the Inter Tight typeface, used under the SIL Open Font License, and icons from Lucide, used under the ISC license.
